How to Stop Doing It All and Build a Rhythm That Works

How in the world are you supposed to do it all?

Be the wife. Be the mom. Lead at work. Manage the house. Take care of your health. Spend time with God. Pursue your purpose. Stay hydrated. And somehow do it all with a smile.

Maybe the answer isn't learning how to do it all.

In this episode, we're closing out the Sustainable Rhythms series by talking about what it really means to build a rhythm that works for the life God has entrusted to you.

A sustainable rhythm isn't a perfect morning routine or a schedule you copied from someone online. It starts with knowing who you are, understanding what God has assigned to you in this season, and having the courage to evaluate what does—and doesn't—belong on your plate.

We'll talk about comparison, identity, changing seasons, evaluating your yeses and nos, and why your rhythm should serve your assignment rather than becoming another standard you're striving to meet.

We'll also walk through Psalm 23 and the pattern I see in Scripture: God fills you, restores you, leads you, and then your cup overflows.

If you're tired of squeezing yourself into whatever space remains on your calendar, this episode will challenge you to build differently.

You were never called to do everything. You were called to faithfully steward what God placed in your hands.
